My Role
Cafe Smyk was a solo project that I owned end‑to‑end. I was solely responsible for setting up the domain, DNS and SSL, handling infrastructure and deployments, and building the entire site. I worked closely on‑site, gathering feedback directly from employees and customers to iteratively refine the design, copy, and flows.

Cafe Smyk is a lightweight, mobile‑first website that presents essential information — opening hours, prices, location, and contact — in a clean and friendly layout.
The focus was quick navigation, readable typography, and clear calls to action so visitors could find what they needed fast, while keeping the codebase simple to maintain.

I worked solo with short, on‑site feedback loops. Each iteration began with quick input from staff and observations from customers, followed by rapid prototyping (Figma and in‑code), shipping small changes to production, and validating results in the cafe. A simple Kanban kept priorities clear and ensured frequent, low‑risk releases.
